Housing Program Application Portal Opens June 11, 2026

The Housing Authority of the City of Newberry is pleased to announce that the electronic application portal for the following programs will open on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 9:00 AM and will remain open until Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM:

Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program
Mainstream Voucher Program
Public Housing Program

Individuals interested in applying for any of these programs, including residency at:

Bethlehem Gardens Apartments
Dr. Julian E. Grant Homes
E. Gordon Able Apartments
must complete and submit an application online through our applicant portal:

portal.newberryhousing.org

Please note:

Applications will only be accepted electronically through the online portal.
Applications submitted before the opening date and time or after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
Submission of an application does not guarantee housing assistance or placement on a waiting list.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is complete and accurate.
