Happy New Year 2026

In observance of the New Year holiday, all Newberry Housing Authority offices will be closed Wednesday, December 31, through Thursday, January 1, 2026. Offices will reopen at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026.

As this year comes to a close and we welcome the new year, the Newberry Housing Authority extends its best wishes to our residents, partners, and community for a safe, healthy, and prosperous New Year.
